Terreiro, Funchal's latest novelty, has just presented its year-end program, which has two days of celebration on 30 and 31 December, anticipating the entry into 2020. After dinner in Terreiro, the party continues with the singer FF and his trio, with an intimate show designed for all Madeirans and visitors who want to share the spirit and magic of music in the last days of the year.
With the aim of bringing the best of Madeira to all visitors, the 30th and 31st of December will be marked not only by the party, but also by the gastronomic offer.
For the last days of the year, the Terreiro will prepare two special dinners, and the menu designed for the 30th, includes suggestions for snacking, such as deconstructed chicharros, prawns, egg 63ºC, croquettes vines d'alho and veal tartar ; lemon and shrimp risotto, octopus in tempura and coriander species; passion fruit brûlee cream, avocado parfait and chocolate textures.
Terreiro has prepared, for the most anticipated night of the year, a menu that includes oysters from the island of pulladoiros and presents three options of starters: It was egras from Sarlat, Vieiras and Cherne from our coast; for main course Javali do Alentejo, pre-dessert Tangerina da Madeira and for dessert organic chocolate callebaut, chocolate truffles and chocolates.
