Stomach bloating affects most people at some point in their life, according to the NHS. But you can avoid feeling bloated simply by cutting the number of peaches you eat, as has already been stated.
Bloating can make your stomach swollen, hard and is usually quite uncomfortable.

But, one of the best and easiest ways to limit the risk of bloating is to avoid certain foods, including some of the most common fruits, it has been revealed.

“In general, there are some foods that are more difficult to digest, requiring more digestive energy, so they are more likely to cause problems,” said Cullen.
“Fruits like apples, plums and peaches contain sorbitol, a sugar that can cause digestive problems.
“Undigested sorbitol is broken down by bacteria in the large intestine, where it begins to ferment and create gases, leading to bloating.
“Most fruits can be eaten raw, but unfortunately, this can cause problems for the digestive system, if it is not very strong.”
The best way to avoid bloating after eating peaches is to warm it up in advance, she added.
Cooking food facilitates digestion, as the fiber is broken during the cooking process.
Try to lightly stew the fruit if you feel bloated after eating peaches or apples.
Bloating in the stomach can also be caused by constipation, wind retention, irritable bowel syndrome or even ingesting too much air.
